Job Title: Office Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
Handle calls in a consistently polite, professional and efficient manner.
Understand the significance of Customer Service and adhere to high standards at all times. Process account and cash bookings through dispatch system.
Liaise with regular customers to set up a customer account Generate the customer invoices every month to Business clients General Admin and management of accounts and collection of money owed to the company When there are service issues regarding availability of products follow the procedures and practices in place to resolve the problem.
Monitor Stock control in warehouse and deal with warehouse staffs.
Check e-mail inbox and reply to relevant customers/Business. Achieve service levels set by the director.
